• Our guides provide operating instructions and safe riding guidelines before every tour

• Our ATV’s are fully automatic to provide operating ease to all levels of experience

• You will have a chance to practice your skills and ask questions before hitting the trails

• We carry all necessary recovery equipment, just incase you get stuck, its all part of the fun!

• Our guides will be there throughout your experience

• No Damage waiver, No Damage Deposit, No Liability to you on guided tours, as long as you follow the guides rules and instructions.

• While Safety is our utmost of concerns, You will have to sign an acknowledgement of inherent risky activity, promise to follow rules, laws, and instructions of our tour guides and a waiver & liability release to Off-Road ATV Tours Ontario, it's owners and tour guides.

• You will be required to agree to abide by the local laws, our rules and follow our Tour Guides Instructions, failure to do so will result in an immediate termination of your tour with no refund. 

• Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid Ontario class G license or equivalent USA, UK or EU License. 

• Maximum guest size is 6' 5" tall and 300 lbs.

• Passengers as young as 8 years of age can hitch a ride on our side by side ATV’s driven by a parent or guardian

• 2 Riders per ATV, Each person with a valid full G class drivers license can have a chance to drive. It is just as fun as a passenger, you will have a clear view as a passenger, and you are able to experience it together, chatting along the way. 

• If you insist on having your own machines to drive the whole time, then book 3 people, and each will get their own machine, you can bring a third person, or not, up to you. 

• All riders must complete a liability waiver form prior to departure

• Bring it on!  

• Rain means we will have a some fun in the mud!

• Rain also means the trails won't be dusty!

• Our ATVs, have, doors, roof, windshield, so you won't hardly get wet anyways.

• 5% Cancellation fee applies 7 days before your reservations.  

• 20% Cancellation fee applies 7 to 2 days before your reservation

• These fees cover booking fees, credit card fees and loss of potential business due to your reservation. 

• Rescheduling allowed 2 days before booking.

• Less than 24 hours before your booking, no compensation.

• You can join your friends who are in our tour at No Charge! 

• Join another group anytime for $25 per ATV or $30 for an ATV with two riders.

Plan to arrive at our base camp at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time.  Once you hear our safety briefing and you receive your safety gear, the excitement starts building.  Next, you hop-on-board your state-of-the-art Canam Maverick Sport 1000 cc side by side ATV and orient yourself with the controls.

The Adventure Begins!  As you step on the gas, we start building your confidence on our way to the trails.  We start out easy, until everyone gets comfortable riding their ATV.  The trails are not just dirt roads!  With all the dips, turns, hills and a few nasty mud-holes, rock climbing, and sand dunes, we also run through some deep water for a wash up, we are sure to keep your adrenaline pumping!  There will be a stop at a scenic location for a refreshments halfway through. This is a good opportunity to change drivers. The variety of terrain offers slow technical rock crawling, bursts of speed on straightaways and a steady battle through the unrelenting mud and deep water!
